How long will coaching take? That depends on your goals, and your progress toward reaching them. Consistency and commitment are the keys to your success; experience has shown that making significant progress takes a few months. Since change takes time, I suggest planning on making at least a three month personal commitment to coaching; I work on a monthly payment basis — see below for my coaching packages and subscriptions. You can start with one package, and decide later to switch to a different package; the change will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Note that your initial half hour consultation is free. During that consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, I’ll discuss the coaching process with you, and ask any pre-purchase questions you may have.
Questions that arise between sessions can be handled via messaging or video messaging with Volley at no extra charge — see the options listed above. There is also a Q&A feature planned for the site where you can ask questions and review the answer other clients have received to their questions.
